Game Of The Year
I've been playing games for quite a long while now and have compiled my own list of "Game of the Year". Most magazines do this and I thought I'd keep track of my own. I started in 1996, which was about the time I had a real job and could afford the games I wanted. Obviously, a game like Phantasy Star would have gotten GOTY back in '88 or so, but I got it a bit late, since my sole funding when I was 12 was my parents. ;)
Games chosen are only based on games I've actually played. Who knows, there may have been a game in some given year I would have liked more, but there are only so many games I've played. Still, given the quality of these games, I doubt many would have changed.
