L 1
L1 is the precursor to 2A03, an experiment with modifying Nintendo Famicom music ROMs. At first I attempted to create new music by modifying the original game music. This proved harder than I expected, because of my methods and because I wanted a song that was different from the original. This experimenting lead to only two songs.
Diark is a hack of Metroid, the name coming from "Kraid" (one of the Metroid bosses) spelled backwards. 2 H.V is a hack of Super Mario Bros. It's name comes from the picture scroll spec of the NES.
After these two songs, I experimented further, creating even more bizzare sounding files that were anything but music. Those tracks became 2A03.
